Continuous annealing furnace upgrade project-yaxing stainless steel
On July 15th 2021, the first coil of successfuly annealed precision stainless steel coil was unloaded from the new retrofit annealing furnace line in the plant of Shahe City Ya Xing Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd. Guangdong Strong Metal Technology was contracted to redesign and retrofit the old furnace of cold rolled stainless steel coil.
Strong Metal redesign the annealing furnace line with its newly developed technologies on heating furnace, automation technology. After the retrofit, the continuous annealing furnace doubles its throughput as well as improves product quality.
Before: TV=3 and HV=245
After: TV=7 and HV=220
The obvious change of the continuous annealing furnace is that TV value increases to 7 from 3 while HV value decreases to 220 from 245. Therefore, the retrofit project is successful and brings value to the client.
