Our Horizontal Continuous Strip Bright Annealing Line
is a high-efficiency, fully automated heat treatment solution specially developed for stainless steel strip processing, widely applied in manufacturing stainless steel decorative materials, precision strips, and industrial thin coils.
This production line is engineered to process strips with thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 3.0mm and width covering 100mm to 1600mm, capable of handling TV35-grade stainless steel as its standard production specification. Custom non-standard dimensions are also available to match diverse customer production demands. Adopting a horizontal layout design, the equipment optimizes strip running stability, effectively eliminating strip jitter, scratches and deformation during high-speed operation, which guarantees uniform surface brightness and consistent mechanical performance of finished strips.
The whole line integrates complete functional modules including uncoiling, cleaning, controlled-atmosphere bright annealing furnace, cooling, leveling and coiling units. Sealed hydrogen protective atmosphere inside the furnace prevents strip oxidation, delivering mirror-bright strip surfaces without secondary pickling, greatly cutting post-processing costs and pollution. The intelligent central control system with visualized touch screen monitors real-time parameters such as temperature, line speed and tension, supporting automatic closed-loop regulation for stable and repeatable heat treatment results.
Built with heavy-duty industrial structures and anti-corrosion high-temperature alloy components, the line features long service life and low maintenance frequency. Its streamlined workshop layout saves floor space and simplifies daily operation and inspection. Compared with vertical annealing lines, our horizontal model boasts lower investment cost, easier equipment maintenance and broader adaptability to ultra-thin stainless steel strips.
