Bright annealing is an annealing process performed in a vacuum or a controlled atmosphere containing inert gases (such as hydrogen). This controlled atmosphere reduces the surface oxidation to a minimum which results in a brighter surface and a much thinner oxide layer. Bright annealing is essential process following cold rolling process of steel coil.

Bell bright annealing furnace is for batch annealing steel coils. Bell Furnace is suitable for black, bright and spherodized annealing of steel coils, non-ferrous strips, wires and general heat treatment processes up to 1100°C. The cooling happens when the furnace is removed with inner cover acting as a protective atmosphere.

A conveyor furnace is designed for the rapid heat treatment of products in various manufacturing environments. They comprise an overarching tunnel-shaped heating chamber which is separated into different heating modules which integrate several heating processes into one continuous procedure, using a conveyor belt capable of withstanding extreme and fluctuating temperatures. The internal heating modules are typically separated into sections for pre-heating, heating and / or firing, and cooling products passing through the chamber.
