Usage of the horizontal annealing furnace
The annealing furnace is designed for heat treating cold rolled stainless steel coil with thickness from 0.20 to 2.0mm and width up to 1350mm. The annealing process takes place in protective muffle with reducing gase. The annealing furnace can achieve BA finishing.
Compostion of the horizontal annealing furnace
The annealing line includes degreasing and cleaning session, horizontal loopers, annealing furnaces and control systems.
