Forklift AGV-STRONG unmanned forklift

STRONG intelligent unmanned vehicle adopts the self-developed laser scanning mapping + SLAM algorithm positioning navigation technology to realize the accurate positioning (positioning accuracy ± 10mm) and flexible planning of unmanned vehicles. Compared with magnetic conductivity technology, there is no need to lay a large number of magnetic strips and positioning points on site, the route planning and setting is simple, the maintenance cost is low, and the operation is more reliable.

Forklift AGV-STRONG unmanned forklift

Introduction to AGV: Automated Guided Vehicle, abbreviation AGV, is also known as AGV trolley. It refers to a transport vehicle equipped with automatic navigation devices such as electromagnetic or optical devices, which can travel along the specified navigation path and has safety protection and various load transfer functions. In industrial applications, the carrier does not need a driver, and its power source is rechargeable battery. Generally, its travel path and behavior can be controlled by computer, or its travel path can be set up by using electromagnetic path-following system. The electromagnetic path is pasted on the floor, and the unmanned carrier moves and acts by relying on the information brought by the electromagnetic path.

Application scenario of STRONG unmanned forklift (laser guided forklift):

1. Multiple safety maintenance: STRONG intelligent forklift adopts laser safety scanning radar to realize and motion protection. The safe scanning distance is Sm, and the vehicle speed is controlled in real time according to the safe distance mechanism for reasonable obstacle avoidance. The scanning angle can realize 360 ° all-round protection according to the field requirements. The vehicle body is also equipped with safety measures such as short-range anti-collision touchline, cargo identification sensor, operation warning light, alarm, emergency power-off button and millimeter wave radar to achieve real-time multiple safety protection.

2. Introduction to the working principle of laser guided AGV: the laser measurement system can scan the surrounding contour and measure the surrounding environment with the help of light beam. When a measuring beam irradiates an object, its position will be determined by distance, direction and angle. The distance of the object can be calculated by the propagation time from light emission to laser sensor through reflective electrode.
