Strong Metal 1350mm wide strip continuous horizontal bright annealing line was successfully put into operation in Fuzhou Haili on November 23, 2018. This project is another 100,000-ton horizontal bright annealing production line for Haili Group after Strong Metal Technology successfully built the first 100,000-ton stainless steel cold-rolled horizontal bright annealing production line for Fujian Haili in September 2017. The production line can bright annealing up to 1350mm wide stainless steel strip with a thickness range of 0.25-2.0mm. It is equipped with online degreasing line, inlet and outlet loopers, and can realize the bright continuous annealing processing capacity of stainless steel with a daily output of over 300 tons. The production line adopts Strong Metal's original designed three-stage and ultra-long process section. The furnace body boldly uses StrongMetal's patented composite corrugated muffle tank structure. Imported high-temperature nickel-based materials are selected to make the muffle and equipped with a new type of safe linkage combustion system. , Natural gas heating, thermal energy recycling; equipped with hydrogen recovery system, decomposition gas recycling, so that the production capacity is increased by about 30% compared with ordinary annealing lines. The energy consumption per ton of steel of the whole line is significantly lower than the industry norm, reaching the world advanced level.
