STRONGMETAL 'S 2025 Q3 SUMMARY MEETING CONCLUDES SUCCESSFULLY
On the afternoon of September 30, 2025, Strong metal held its 2025 Q3 Work Summary Meeting in the conference room on the 4th floor of its headquarters in Shunde.
Over 100 attendees were present, including Lu Hanming (Chairman of Strong metal), Dong Xiaohong (General Manager), Wang Guimao (Deputy General Manager), Liang Hang (Deputy General Manager), Liu Xishun (Deputy General Manager), as well as heads of various departments and outstanding core employees of the company. At the beginning of the meeting, all attendees stood up, and the National Anthem was played, marking the official start of the meeting.
Heads of different regional divisions and departments took turns to deliver detailed reports on their teams' work in this quarter. Meanwhile, they clearly defined the work objectives for Q4 and the coming year with great passion and motivation. In addition, some colleagues shared content such as AI application tools and their uses, personal work experience, and personal growth stories, which enriched the content of the quarterly summary meeting.
It was also mentioned that Strong metal possesses professional and mature technologies in the cleaning and annealing line of titanium alloy plates. Relying on its exquisite technologies in this field and strict quality control system, the company provides high-quality titanium alloy plate products for numerous industries such as aerospace, deep-sea operations, medical devices, and chemical engineering, making positive contributions to promoting the development of various industries.
The technical team strictly controls key parameters such as annealing temperature, heat preservation time, and cooling rate to ensure that every titanium alloy plate undergoing annealing treatment meets high-quality standards. In the cleaning process, advanced cleaning technologies and equipment from Germany and Japan are adopted to ensure that dirt and impurities on the surface of titanium alloy plates are completely removed. The strict cleaning process can effectively improve the surface quality of titanium plates, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing and application. By accurately controlling cleaning parameters (e.g., concentration of cleaning agent, cleaning temperature, and cleaning time), the company is able to provide personalized cleaning for titanium alloy plates of different specifications and uses, meeting the diverse needs of customers.
In terms of annealing treatment line, Strong metal is equipped with professional annealing furnace equipment and mature annealing processes.
The annealing process can eliminate internal stress generated in the processing of titanium alloy plates, improve the plasticity and toughness of the plates, and endow them with better mechanical properties.
